This resort is everything and more. My family and I have stayed in Florida for the last 7 years. We stay for 2 weeks at a time and really get to know the resorts we visit. We have stayed at Sheraton Vistana (twice) , Summer Bay (once), Orange Lake (3 times) and now Bonnet Creek. This resort was the best we've stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pools/lazy rivers were very nice. They had poolside activities for the kids and adults - too much fun to even describe. The location can't be beat - you're in the heart of Disney World !!

We bought tickets to Disney World but our boys (8 and 10) wanted to stay and play in the pool ! That alone should tell you how nice it is. The room was really nice and spacaious we stayed in Tower 5 overlooking the pool.

The resort thought of everything - tubes for the lazy river were free@ the other resorts there is a charge, mini putting free - others charged - they even provide bbq's with cooking utensils!

The sales pitches were a bit long - but we said no, took our "gift" and went on our way.

As for people complaining about long lines at reception - we didn't see it. We drove from Canada, got to Florida at around 4:30pm. I was worried after reading reviews about how long we would have to wait - yes there was a line but we got through it in about 20 mins. Staff were there handing out cold drinks and pizza. There was a staff member making balloon aninals for the kids and the time flew by. It wasn't near as bad as some people have suggested. We didn't come across a rude person on the resort. Everyone from the cleaning staff to Mgmt was first class. Kimberley who was a life guard was especially nice with our boys and helped make their vacation even better!
